Executive Summary of the Project
◈ Introduction: Existing land use plans consist of a mixed use type 1and 2 residential area.
After 2011 there were no new apartment unit sales. The large 826 unit large apartment complex has a unique complex configuration. Located near green spaces that include Guksabong Peak, it is in a superior location compared to the Amco Aston Park Complex. I think there will be sufficient demand for selling the units.
The area is densely populated by working class residents so the neighborhood is equipped with convenience amenities. A high competition rate is expected in actual demand because the cost of goods are generally cheaper compared to other areas.
